4 ripe bananas, like the ones on the picture
1 3/4 cups of whole wheat flour,
1/2 cup of applesauce,
1/3 cup brown sugar,
1/2 cup peanuts or sunflower seeds,
1/2 cup dried cranberries,
1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded dried coconut,
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips,
1 tsp of baking powder,
1 tsp of Kosher salt.
First I add the mashed bananas
Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a different bowl
So before throwing away your ripe bananas, think of Granola Bread!
